1. No Cancellation Policy and Shipping Policy
Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure fast and efficient delivery of your contact lenses. As such, we do not accept cancellations for orders once they have been confirmed and processed. Please ensure that your order details are correct before completing the purchase.

2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available only under the following conditions:
- The request for a refund must be made within 15 days of receiving the product.
- The contact lenses must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) to request a refund.
- Refunds are not available for products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to mishandling.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for the following:
- Opened or used contact lenses (for health and safety reasons).
- Special or custom orders made specifically for the customer.
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless otherwise specified).
4. Refund Process
After we receive the returned product (if required), we will inspect it to confirm that it meets the refund eligibility criteria. Once confirmed, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the form of SHOP CREDITS .
5. Exchanges
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to offer an exchange for the correct product or a new one. Please contact our customer service team immediately with clear photos of the issue to facilitate the exchange process.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will assist you in resolving the issue by either sending a replacement or processing a refund. Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect, and we will guide you through the process.
